Trip to the mall

We headed to the mall today so that the girls could get haircuts and new shoes. Dagneys favorite part was riding the tractor and pink horse in the food court. Paige, as you can see, is not quite as enthusiastic!

Jenn sent this picture to me today as she took Dagney and Paige to the mall to get new shoes and snow boots. This is a picture of Dagney riding a motorized horse at the mall.

Dagney's favorite expression, while looking at toy magazines is, "When Santa comes, bring this!"

Me and my beefsteak

Here I am enjoying my beefsteak dinner and the company of my mom and sister at a fund-raiser for pope john high school. Soon we'll be listening to steve doocy (from FOX news) speak.

Warm November Gameday

Sorry about the infrequent blog updates. Even with Ohma's generous help, sleep is at a premium.

Today was so beautiful and although I would kill for two hours sleep before kickoff, we decided two hours of fresh air was too good to pass up.

2009 Halloween Customes

Paige went as a pretty pink bunny, with big floppy ears. She is really hamming up the cute aspect of her costume!

Dagney picked out her own costume this year...a penguin. The first thing she did after putting the costume on was hold out her hands and 'waddle'. She would keep repeating, 'waddle', 'waddle', 'waddle'.

"Who is excited about Trick or Treating??"

Carving the Pumpkin

This year Dagney got to pick out the shapes of the Jack O'Lantern. She wanted a triangle nose and a happy face. We think our 2009 Jack O'Lantern came out just fine.

Dagney seemed very excited about cutting up the Pumpkin. We were encroaching on Paige's nap time, but she was still a good sport and enjoyed the carving too.

"Yuckie! Those are pumpkin guts!"

Paige was a little more adventurous, she went as far as to touch the pumpkin guts.

And finally, we began our carving with the most important piece, the Bunkers' nose. Here we go, one Jack O'Latern triangle nose coming right up!
